The calcium infusion from bone meal helps plants strengthens the stems and aids in the development of new shoots in perennial crops and shrubs. The calcium in a bone meal can also help prevent common problems in vegetables such as blossom-end rot.
Bone meal is also useful for balancing out other high nitrogen, organic soil amendments.

BONE MEAL FERTILISER can be mixed into the soil at a rate of 3kg per 100 square feet of garden.
