The world’s most anticipated soccer tournament, The FIFA World Cup 2018, is almost upon us and is taking place at Russia! Have you decided how you’re going to catch the matches - to pay for a subscription or not? The subscriptions available in Singapore come with a hefty price tag, but don’t feel despair! There are numerous places in Singapore that offer FREE public screenings!

Changi Airport


Labelled as the world’s best airport, Changi Airport never disappoints. As part of its Discover Europe at Changi campaign, Changi Airport is screening the FIFA World Cup 2018 for free! While only selected games are screened, they are more than 30 matches to watch! Aside from the opening game and the finals, there’s event games and quizzes during the whole month!

The screening is held at the public area of Terminal 3 (Departure Hall North, near Skytrain to Terminal 1).

Community Centres


In an initiative run by the People’s Association, live broadcast of all 64 matches of the football championship will be screened for FREE across 56 community clubs islandwide. The Russia vs Saudi Arabia opening match on 14 June at 11 pm will be screened at Our Tampines Hub and 40 community clubs. SAFRA Country Clubs


FREE live screenings are available at all SAFRA clubs in Singapore. Member or not, the live screenings are open to the public, but SAFRA members are entitled to special seating and entry to the lucky draw! Check out the full information here!
