Once you have logged in to your account, click on your username in the top right corner of the page. You will be able to edit your personal information, and change your password, if you want to. Remember to click on 'Save' once you are done!
Click on "Forgot Password" on the log in page and enter the email address that you used to register your Genie account. A link to reset your password will be sent to your email address, allowing you to create a new password.
We regret that changes will not be allowed once payment has been made, as our Merchants may have already started the shipment process. You may wish to contact Customer Support to assist in making your changes known to the Merchant. We are unable to guarantee that the Merchant will be able to accede to your request.
If you have an account with us, we will save the items that you added into your cart and sync them across your devices. However, we are unable to guarantee that the items will still be in stock when you return, as placing an available item in your cart does not reserve them for your order.
Your promo code might have expired or a technical glitch might have occured. Some codes are for single use only. If you are able to confirm the promo code has not expired, please reach out to us - we'll make up for it.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You would have to look at the warranty of that item, if any is available.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Reasons for returns/refunds: - Receiving incorrect items - Items arrived damaged - Items out of stock - etc. (any other reasons will be investigated by our Business Integrity)

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.
